How To Make a Cardboard Print
You will need:-thick cardboard
-thin cardboard
-scissors
-P.V.A. glue
-printing ink
-rollers
-paper
What To Do:
1.Cut out cardboard shapes to make a picture.
2.Glue onto template.
3.Let it dry.
4.Put paper over top.
5.Use roller to put paint on the template.
6.Put paper over top and press it with a clean roller.
7.Pull off.

Tabloid Sports.
On Friday, our school had Tabloid Sports on our school field.
First group 1 and 7 went to the Sling Shot. The Sling Shot was made from elastic. It had two handles and a black square thing that held a beanbag or a little ball. The little children went first and the big children went last. When the little children let it go, it went very far, and when the big children let go, it went very very far.
When it was my turn, I put the ball in the black square thing that held the ball so I could sling it. I let it go and it went very very far past Mr K who was catching the ball. I thought it was fun.
After we did Tug 'o War, we did Bucket and Sponge. We had two buckets and six sponges. We had to line up in a line and pass all sponges down the line to the other bucket. When it got to me, I got all wet because the sponge was wet, then we had to do it over and under, down the line to the end of the line. Next, we had a challenge.We had to wet our biggest sponge and run to the other bucket and squeeze all the water out of the sponge then run back to the line and drop it in the bucket that the line was behind. I thought it was fun because I got wet.
I felt tired but I had a good time at Tabloid Sports.

Fun Games At School.
When I was nine years old, our school had an Athletics Day. We all competed in lots of events, like High Jump, Long Jump, Vortex, Shot Put, Discus and Sprints.
After we did discus, we went to vortex. We had to throw the green vortex as far as we could. As it slowed down, it dropped to the damp grass. Bump! It made a little dent in the ground. Some children ran up and threw it but other children just stood at a white line and threw it from the line. The vortex was a little bit wet because it had been in the damp grass. I came 5th. I was happy that I got 5th.
Next, we went to high jump. When we started jumping, we ran up to the bar and cleared it, but the bar climbed higher and higher, and it got harder to jump over. Some children cleared it and others didn’t. We had to do a scissors kick to bounce over it. The thin white plastic pole over the top of the blue mat was as thin as a snake. I came 1st. I felt happy that I came first.
Finally, we went to sprints. We waited at the starting line for Mr Emms to start the 80 metres. He said, “Take your marks get set,” and the gun loudly went off. We sprinted as fast as lightning and we crossed the finish line. I came first in that race. The next race was the 100 metres. Mr Emms started us again. ”Take your mark, get set,” and the gun went off. I was in front. I could see the finish line so I sprinted to it on the long thin track and crossed first. I won that race as well. The last race was the 200 metres. Mr Emms started our last race. "Take your marks, get set,” and the gun went off again. We sprinted around the track. We sprinted on the last bit of the track and we all crossed the finish line. Yay! I won all the sprints. I am so proud of myself.
It was a fun day, but I was very tired when I got home from school that afternoon.

Loads Of Fun With Animals.
In 2012, St Paul’s School had their Pet Day at school so the children had an opportunity to show their pets to their teachers and their friends.
First, the children with pets put them into the hall. The children waited with their fluffy cats going meow, spray-painted chickens going squawk, tiny mice going eek, little goldfish and their colourful birds going tweet, tweet. They waited for the first parade to begin.
When the parade started, the children walked around carrying their pets in their cages and plastic containers to show the other students their pets.
After lunch, some children brought their dogs to school to show off. When it was time for the dog parade, people brought their dogs out to the court and they started to walk around, with the smallest dog in front.
I thought that it was fun because we got to bring our pets to school and show them to our friends and our teachers.
